Analyst/Associate Mergers & Acquisitions (m/f/d) – Finance or Strategy

Your Tasks

  • You manage M&A projects in the mid-market segment (sell-side and buy-side) in forward-looking sectors such as Healthcare, TMT, Sustainability Technologies, Industrials & Robotics, Consumer & Internet, Business Services
  • You work on projects across the entire transaction process

 Focus on Strategy
  • You analyze industries, business models, competitors and use your expertise to develop company exposés and information memoranda for our clients
  • You identify suitable international investors and targets and accompany the approach in the transaction process
  • You support due diligence processes in close cooperation with our clients and accompany negotiations 

Focus on Finance 
  • You prepare and check the plausibility of financial plans and carry out company valuations as well as a wide range of analyses using various methods within the scope of the transaction 
  • You support due diligence processes by analyzing and preparing financial information
  • You advise our clients with a focus on financial issues and accompany negotiations
